Rig mounted mobility has finally arrived! We all get sore muscles and develop trigger points, or muscle knots, that hinder our bodies range of motion and keep us from being as awesome as we were made to be. Well, introduce the Mobili Roll to help with this myofascial release and speed up your recovery time. With its versatile design and ease of use, the Mobili Roll will keep you crushing wods/workouts like a boss. Just insert the Mobili Roll into your rack at the proper height, then apply pressure while you roll out whatever area that’s an issue. Developed primarily for the troubled thoracic spine and neck areas it can also be used on most any muscle group. You easily control the amount of pressure these points receive by pressing your body more or less against the Roll. The Mobili Roll can also be removed from the rack and used on your own or by one of your buddies to apply pressure where needed. Throw it in the freezer for a couple of hours if you want to add a little cold compression therapy to your mobility program. Stays cold for approximately thirty minutes. Combine this with other Mobili products and make your mobility arsenal limitless. Solid steel construction with a powder coat finish and four greased shielded bearings. Disclaimer: The finish will naturally wear over time where the Mobili Roll is inserted through the rack, but this will not affect the integrity of the product. Also, product is somewhat heavy as it is constructed of solid steel. Therefore, please be careful not to drop it and bang up the finish on the rolls, or land it on toes, as this may lead to thoughts of anger.
